Note: We are no longer accepting new patients for regular management of chronic narcotic pain or benzodiazepam medications. All new chronic pain issues are referred to pain management clinics.
All existing patients over the age of 18, who are regularly prescribed controlled medications such as pain medications (hydrocodone, morphine, etc), muscle relaxers (soma, etc), or benzodiazepam medications (xanax, valium, ativan, etc), should review our updated office policy as well as our contract.
