We are not a Walk-In Clinic, but we are highly organized and efficient. Most patients are seen the same day or within 2 days. We strive to see you within a few minutes of your appointment time. Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before appointment to complete registration. Please notify us if you must cancel or change your appointment, So we may schedule another patient who needs to be seen urgently.
We collect expected co-pay upon arrival. We accept all major credit cards, but no checks.
Our self pay prices for office visits and labs are some of the most affordable. Please contact our office for details.
You will be notified of all test results, normal or abnormal, Within one week unless otherwise specified. Please contact us if for any reason this is not accomplished, Or if there is no response to a question or concern. No news never means good news. It means give us a call. Please note the date, time, and person you spoke with originally.
We do our best to help you minimize expenses. If you are surprised by the cost of a medication at the pharmacy, Ask the pharmacist if they are aware of lower cost alternatives. We may also have samples, coupons, or suggest alternatives.
When you are referred for a consultation or service, Please keep us informed on what was done, and how well it was done. We actively give feedback so others may improve, or maintain great service.
When you are referred for labs, x-rays, or other tests, Please ask up front what your out of pocket expenses are going to be. Some providers (including radiology and labs) are 'In Network' or 'Out of Network'. Sometimes it is hard to verify until you arrive.
If you are unable to afford, please let us know. We will attempt to find more affordable services. If you do not have insurance, or you have inadequate insurance, We often know of providers who provide significant discount for cash payment services.
Dr Valdez has been providing quality medical services in the Tomball / Greater Houston area since 2002. He is board certified in family medicine, which involves Newborn, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric Medicine.
